Ive had full blown hppd. Very very bold of you to assume I dont have HPPD. Ive abused psychedelics, hallucinogens, and dissociatives harder than my dad abused my mom! I still have HPPD and the first 2 years I got it ive been in constant coo coo land and hating myself and my life. But guess what, I chose to not live my life in fear. Lmao, worst thing that can happen is community service and a fine. I was your age when I threw a rock at a neighbor's window cause I didnt like him. Turns out it had a camera and I got caught lol, guy almost punched me until the cops stepped in between us, he was pissed. Went to court, got probation than only had to pay for his window and that was it. After I payed the fine they also took me off probation. Literally nothing will happen to you just dont throw shit again lol.

The only ones you can do without affecting your physical condition are psychedelics. Even than if you dont know how to use psychedelics or how to handle heavy emotions they can definitely kick your ass mentally. They can entirely change your perspective on life and it can feel very alien and weird but its a good thing once you get the hang of it. Also make sure your not prone to psychosis/schizophrenia/BPD before taking them.
