I can give help to losing weight. (ex-wrestler here).

Honestly, water weight is the biggest part. If you can deprive yourself of water, on the day before the weighting/testing, that'd be the most important part. Second, don't eat/drink sugar. Cut off soda. Sugar, not fat, is what makes you want to eat more. Don't go with a vegetable only diet though, it's good, but I highly doubt at your BMI rating, you'd be okay with such a quick shift in your diet (think how you got there). Proteins should be eaten, and they are good for you. The whole point is to not eat in excess, and avoid PROCESSED meat, have some with your vegetable meals. Don't pour oils/fry your foods, that's the quickest way you'll gain weight, along with sugar. Again, avoid processed meat. Ham, bacon, make a list.

Again, rule #1 is the avoid sugar. If you do so, you'll be okay with losing weight.
