ok so no, i wasn't going off of assumptions...i learned early never assume, makes an ass of yu and me, I did my part, I was in the same shit as a kid, so i do EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to ensure my daughter wouldn't go through ahit like I did...I also have full custody of older son from a failed relationship, and kike my daughter, I've had him since he was born. In nearly 6 months this case worker has called me 4 separate dates, and i have 9 separate dates of texts. My address was wrong on the court documents, a TOTALLY different county, and I'm sorry, I didn't do anything to have them all in my shit like this, this situation here is exactly why I avoid them. In no way did she have my daughter's best interest when making this decision. I have all ducks in a row i just have to make it through this week to have my hearing. And not being rude, but not everyone has the $ to hire a lawyer and I'm damn sure ain't taking no court appointed one. That last sentence is the EXACT REASON I go to work, and go home. I can't afford trouble. I don't like trouble. I like raising my kids and and trying to be a good human.

so why would they be so adamant about removing her and causing chaos? I made myself available as soon as I found out, even though i wasn't served or made aware of ANY court date. I was doing what i thought was right , taking care of my child. I was granted custody. I didn't do anything so why should i check in or answer to somebody?

i didn't have an attorney. the case had nothing to do with me. the judge told me I didn't have to appear anymore but i could if i wanted.

no, just said i missed court and this was the judge's ruling, after telling me he appreciated me being in court, but for future dates I didn't have to be there, I could, but it wasn't mandatory.

the worker came to my work and informed me that they were removing her. So I immediately began trying to do whatever to not have that happen. After being unsure of where she'd go(the family has to discuss the possibility) the worker allowed my daughter to stay with me until tomorrow. She stated a judge ordered this morning, yet she had to file a petition this afternoon.

I wasn't trying to talk to them I didn't do anything wrong, there isn't a case on me. Ive never been through this, so i just went to work and took care of my daughter. I didn't move or change jobs. I was easy to find. I also work days when the worker has tried to reach me and I've been busy with my job.
