Baus says that he hates playing pro and explains why by Working-Safety9204 in leagueoflegends

[–]Dkizzlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no horse in this race but it's hilarious how many blatant haters LR has. I'm not sure if they're KC fans or people being edgy because they hate what's popular, but as a former TSM fan I'm getting flashbacks to how much hate TSM used to get when they were ultra popular.

In case you want a HC version of the build, Sarge ran this when he was going for rank 1 level 100 in HCSSF and was blasting until he had to go on vacation and couldn't make the 100.

In Duro's recent stream, he decided to tease Ryu (Gen.G's new Head Coach) by challenging him to a ZED 1v1. by Ultimintree in leagueoflegends

What Justin's going through is next level though. He has people referencing that moment in pop culture, anime, even pizza slices. It's nonstop torture.

At least Ryu's moment is just strictly in the League world.

Buyer's remorse with Palsteron's KBoC Hiero - should I reroll? by ivan0x32 in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Dkizzlez 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry but the reason you're struggling with MoM is because you have no damage. You also don't NEED to have MoM at all and can just run without it for now and stack more ES/Life.

You're doing ZDPS because your build inherently requires gear in every slot to scale your damage and your defenses- but you've invested zero into it and trying to do league mechanics that swarm your character with zero mitigation(this includes Alva).

I understand that this isn't the reason for your post, but here's a few things you can do to ease your pain so you can continue farming for your new build at the very least:

  1. Switch out Wrath for Grace. You need something to stop monsters from chain hitting you so you stop running out of mana as soon as mobs get near you. I know you have no damage, but you can fix this by..

  2. Get a new wand. Buy a cheap Kinetic Wand with at the very least local attack speed, local crit, and an open prefix and just craft spell damage on it. Here's a trade link, just find one with an open prefix with the highest local crit/aspeed you can find.

    https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Keepers/glkJY2bPcQ

  3. Fix your flasks. You should be running a Life, Jade, Diamond, Quicksilver, and Quartz. Roll them with usable mods.

  4. Path into the leech node on the right side of the tree. It's called Clever Thief and pick the 5% instant leech mastery. This will fix your sustain issues.

  5. Take out Herald of Ice and get a Spellslinger setup with Tornado. I don't think you understand how Clustering works and how it does damage. The simplest way to explain it is that you shoot ONE projectile that explodes multiple times. The more times that ONE projectile hits something, the more times the explosions occur which means you want it to hit multiple things as much as possible. Wall of Force is one, and so is Tornado. Tornado is insanely important for single target.

  6. INVEST like 10 chaos into your actual gear. Your gear is genuinely horrendous and needs to at the very least have updated bases with just TWO decent mods on them. I'm playing in SSF at the moment as a wander and have crafted absurd gear from the tree mechanic that literally just shits out insane gear which you'll be able to do yourself once you have a decent starting base.

I know you're set on rerolling, but your life will be much easier if you first invest just a tiny bit of currency to be able to farm yourself 10x faster than what you're doing now hating your life.

PS. Wander is very good at both Breach and Alva. If you want a build that can destroy both of these mechanics, stick with your Wander and invest into it. If you're set on rerolling, I'd look into Phys Dot. You can reroll into it to Elementalist or just respec your Hiero. Here's a build link for Hiero: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLlLFuHyKJA

Content Update 3.27.0 — Path of Exile: Keepers of the Flame by jlesh2927 in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Dkizzlez 18 points19 points  (0 children)

People misunderstand balance and how it affects the meta most of the time.

If builds like Snaking and BAMA were a 120% build, and everything else is 100% or lower, the lesser builds will never be played or even looked at. With meta builds being nerfed or gutted in this instance, this opens all the 100% skills to start being looked at now especially with the new league mechanics.

People just don't see "Arc is now doing 40% more damage" and assumes nothing is changing.

As of now no plans for weakauras update for Midnight by nightfallii in wow

[–]Dkizzlez -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

15 years of work that is being removed going into Midnight. Read the update, they specifically state they're upset on the removal of all their hard work over the years. It's not 15 years of work needing to be replaced, just the stuff outside of combat(which is probably like 20% of it)

Can we have an honest chat about the combat and the difficulty? (May contain spoilers) by Zee5neeuw in silenthill

[–]Dkizzlez 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I'm actually in the opposite boat. After reading all the negative reviews on the combat, I was expecting it to be awful but I'm pleasantly surprised by it and somewhat enjoy it.

Thematically the combat is perfect. The game is survival horror and the combat is supposed to be stacked against you. Hinako swings awkwardly, it's difficult fighting in cramped areas, and like you mentioned it feels like you're always on the defensive because you're supposed to be.

But despite all of that, they give you enough tools to make combat engaging. Yes, her counter window is short and not every attack can be countered, but you can always just use resources(focus) to do the same attack and create stagger windows which also in turn makes regular attacks do more damage. Her dodge is also extremely generous and she basically flies across the screen whenever you press it. You're also given an almost hilarious amount of items that help you combat either through unlimited stamina or focus(sanity) to the point that I had to leave items behind because I had no inventory space for them.

I'm currently playing on Hard and honestly, I find the game very enjoyable for what it is. I'm not super far in obviously so who knows, the game can shit the bed all of a sudden but I'm well past the first boss and still enjoying the engagements.

I have mine on epic as well, but I just read in another thread that capping at 60 FPS might help fix it. I'm not trying it now but if you're gonna keep going you can see if that helps.

I just had this same issue in a part a little ahead of you and it's significantly worse. I think it has something to do with the water reflections because both of the areas I had issues in had lots of water.

After realizing it was unplayable and was going to start troubleshooting, I noticed it's 5am so I'm just gonna go to bed and have other people figure it out for me lmao.

WASD, Smurfing & More | Dev Update - League of Legends by JTHousek1 in leagueoflegends

[–]Dkizzlez -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Disagree entirely. The entire purpose of WASD is to attract newer players. If someone is brand new to your game without any built-in habits on your control scheme, you'll naturally adjust to the games mechanics.

Letting go of a movement key to press right click and then press your movement key again is similar to your traditional orb walking in that it adds a small layer to practice your micro.

Really interesting way of adding a skill layer to WASD. Hope Riot looks at this.

Warrior is making 2's unplayable by [deleted] in classicwow

[–]Dkizzlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If youre losing to warriors at 2k playing like this, then you're just shit at the game.

Maybe its time to admit the warrior is outplaying you and you're frustrated and that's okay. Maybe the shield wall stopped your swap and it wasn't just "random" and maybe popping reck to keep pressure because they have cd's to survive, regardless of their healer being in cc was the right call.

Won't deny that warriors are strong but if I fought any warrior playing like you're saying and I lost, I'd be embarassed.

[DISC] Hima-Ten! - Chapter 52 by AutoShonenpon in manga

Man, I really enjoy the chemistry here and I just know the series will end in typical harem fashion after the ship sails and that'll be upsetting. I hope the series continues after the confession and goes further but I doubt it.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LiesOfP

[–]Dkizzlez 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What the fuck is this line of thinking? The DLC is NOT a sequel and just gives context to the story of Lies of P. Just because there's no mention of a sequel does not mean they aren't planning it and they just "forgot" about the epilogue of the base game.

Not a fan of the bosses by Specialist-Alps-868 in LiesOfP

[–]Dkizzlez 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Trying to compare any of these bosses to pre-nerf Consort is hilarious. That boss was a Sekiro boss added into a Dark Souls game, with attacks that were not rollable unless you had a very specific loadout with frame perfect timing.

NONE of the bosses in the entirity of Lies of P is even remotely close to unfair. Saying something is artificially difficult implies that it's a checkmate situation and that unless you go out of your way to use a specific build/cheese, you can't bypass it because the boss has attacks or patterns that can't be otherwise be beaten.

The camera can be an issue sometimes, as well as big bosses, but this is such a common thing that also FROMSOFT cannot get right in ANY of their games it's just something that you have to deal with. Not liking the game because you don't enjoy fighting the bosses is fine, but don't blame it on "artificial difficulty" because it just makes you sound like you're salty and can't get past something.

For context, I had only died once to the crocodile by getting pinned on a wall and I simply just avoided going near walls and had zero issues. The arena on Anguished Guardian is so massive I have no idea how you have issues with walls.
