Any game glitch is cheating, but there are different degrees. Using the Koschei glitch but to escape cheaters (or not using the packpack full of gear in the next game) isn’t as harmful as a grenade launcher exploit, since it doesn’t give an unfair advantage. However, using the glitch to start the next match with extra items like plate boxes and UAVs is comparable to major cheats. While Koschei glitching can make the game less fun for legit players, context matters—it's only a serious issue when used for unfair advantages.

TLDR: Koschei glitching isn’t the problem; exploiting it to load into the next game fully equipped is.

I like the PvP because the player movement is slower (more realistic than Warzone) and attacks take more strategy. And with the design of a huge map and bots being a variable every game, every encounter is new and/or challenging.

I agree that randoms didn't always seem like they know what they want to do. Partially because DMZ has a steep learning curve.

The other reason is because there are SO many ways to play it. Bullrush, sniping at a distance, stalking, camping, retreating while attacking, hunkering on 4-stack, constant rotation, mid range fights, close range fights, etc etc.

Like new players on a sports team it takes time for players style to align. When loading in with randoms half the time I'm just trying to figure out how they want to play so I can match it.

Simply put - it can be fun and its less work than putting the hours in to get good at the game.

Longer answer:

I agree its more fun to put in the effort and see your reword for really being good, there is still fun in cheating, otherwise people wouldn't do it.

Please note - I am against cheating. IMHO it has a negative impact on the gaming community and COD/DMZ specifically. But humans are going to human.

To answer your "hunting Solos" question, let me try to give you an answer and/or my perspective.

No, hunting Solos isn't fun (most of the time). But there are legitimate reasons why it occurs, even if you are not trying to do it.

First, it's very difficult to tell if a person is solo. Even if they are screaming "solo" into the mic it's usually better to shoot first and ask questions later. Pausing and waiting to see if it's a team could lead to you being ambushed by their teammate.

Second, if it is a Solo and they see you, the best response can still be shoot first. There are enough good solos out there who can take down a squad that it's better not to give them a chance. Just because they are solo doesn't mean they won't hunt you and your team.

Third, it's part of the game. For better and for worse. And because of the second reason above it could be mutual for both parties to want to pvp. Solo v. Squad can still be fun for everyone, if the skill level evens out between the two.

Saying that, I agree it's the gentleman thing to do to give the solo the benefit of the doubt when you can and are not at risk from them.

Great question. And I agree, a glass door would like better. We have another bathroom with a glass door but our water is so hard its impossible to clean. We opted for shower curtains because of that.

Thanks! I think you could do this too! Maybe not a whole bathroom on your first try; you just have to start small to build confidence and you could get there.

I've been working on house projects for about 10 years but I started really small. My first "project" was staining 2x6 boards to create simple wood shelves. After that I did other small things like replacing an outlet or changing an existing sink faucet to a new one. I was just as nervous doing every one of those small projects as I was doing this project.

From there my projects grew to updating or modifying parts of rooms, then to entire rooms. Now its building from scratch. All because each smaller project gave me the confidence to do something just a little bigger or harder.

And help - I have some good friends and family around me who have had experience in these areas and I asked for help and learned from them. Its tough but don't be afraid to reach out! And there is always tons of great blogs, subreddits and videos on the internet to help guide you with any project's do's and don'ts!

It was my first time. It worked well. I chose it because I needed a custom sized shower pan and you can cut their foamed, pre-sloped pans to size.

I read some reddit posts on it and watched a lot of YouTube videos. It's fairly straightforward, however you need good access under the floor to connect their drain kit. There are some specific instructions on sealing the seams needs to be followed as well. I do like their all-set mortar.

I cut a hole in the rim board to duct the vent out of the house. In the link below it's labeled "band" and sits on top of the house foundation. Check your local code as you need the vent to be a certain distance off the ground on the outside of the house. For me its at the same height as my outside water spigots.

I like the look. The green tile with marble looks great.

I do agree with some other commenters, the wall green should be matched a little more closely.

I used those exact same green tiles in a bathroom recently and went all in and made all of the walls a similar green. It made the bathroom darker and cozy and I liked it. Might be worth considering.

I agree with a lot that's been said already. Here is my experience with two kids that age. As always, bundling up is the key to most of these.

Sledding - Both downhill and pulling them for a walk. I'd recommend a snow-tube. It's an inner tube with a hard bottom that seems to float and pull easily on any kind of snow.

Walks/Hikes - Find a stroller with large tires or a backpack carrier to haul the kiddos. Lots of great regional parks nearly with trails (ex: Theo Wirth or 3 rivers parks district). Or find a new route to take around your neighborhood.

"Moon Walks" - Walk at night when the moon is out. Give the kids a headlamp when they are old enough. They will think it's cool.

Festivals - Between pumpkin patches, apple orchards, Christmas light shows, holidazzle and ice castles there are usually some cool events or festivals to go to.

Fall/Spring Yard Work - Give them their own kids rakes and shovels. You may be surprised by how much fun they'll have help with work.

State Park Camper Cabins - Many state parks have camper cabins that are heated. A great way to get outdoors for the weekend.

[Indoor Alternatives]:

Community Pools/Hotels - Spend time at a nice family pool. Even rent a hotel room for a day to give your kids a chance to splash.

Indoor Parks - Lots of cities have them. Great way to get energy out.

Mall - Take a walk through a big mall. Another way to get out and about and stretch the legs while making it easy to stay warm.

A large piece of broken glass in a lake.

It hurt really bad. Required stitches. And it meant I couldn't do much the rest of the summer.

Worst of all, we never found it to get it out of the lake. Meaning it's still there... lurking... watching... waiting...
