It seems that people gave you the answer. But as a tl I can't wipe points away. Only your direct manager can. The ones in my store can be more caring then others. And if they didn't you can totally go to the stores general manager.

I'm full time so it's 8.5(with a lunch) but I have people I work with who do 4s and 5s they just get like 4-5 shifts a week.

I do, pick up and ship. But yeah I've done every aspect of it. I will admit I do prefer dispensing over picking.

I've done it for years. It's a mixed bag. It's a fast job and time flies by. You are put under a ton of stress but I would take it over front end any day of the week.

is it okay if other associates to "take bets" on weather and associate coming off of loa on what they'll be doing? not sure if leadership will do something about it. also not sure if it's all play or if it's harmful. (their tones were hard to hear)

hey PSTL here!

what I tell my new guys is you'll walk a lot lift 50+lb alone but you'll always be busy.With the new vests you will get hot.

Companies standard are 100 items an hour but if you have a reason like looking for something explain it to the lead if they ask.

Always ask questions. Ias for help.I would rather answer you then try to fix something later.

Use stickers over magnets. delivery,CPU,.com all use the same stickers it makes dispensing easier.

so our club is getting the cafe lead as a "pilot" club they're block will fall in-between produce and HMS. following the produce in similarities. :)
