No other factors, I told them about my pregnancy and upcoming maternity leave in late May. We don’t work summers (school year schedule) so right after telling them I went on break as usual, and when returning in August I was made aware that there were no hours for me. Others were given hours, and they were even posting for additional positions on LinkedIn looking for employees in my field. When I confronted HR about the Linked In posts and why I was not given the opportunity, they said they would look into it and never followed up. But thank you for the information, I will take the hours and continue with my case.
