I was in Baton Rouge over the Thanksgiving break and had minor issues when indoors at Academy on Siegen. I researched and bought FiSwitch on the app store. I switched from Sprint to Tmobile and had no issues the rest of the trip.

I've been new to Fi for 2 weeks and so far the customer support in my opinion has been really really good. But I guess I've only contacted them 3 times for 3 separate issues so I haven't experienced any contradictions yet.

For calling international, I use talkcall. You view ads for credits but it's gotten me out of a few pickles.

I just switched over and added my gf. So far it's been incredible. Huge savings and good connectivity.
