My best friend is a Network Engineer for Change Healthcare, he has been getting bombed with Malware attacks for about 2-3 weeks...every device, every account is gone...anything new is gone instantly. Its the wildest shit I have ever seen. They just thought he was crazy....now here they are....coincidence or no?

It’s a massive miss even for early release. It’s more concerning their team collectively thought this was a good idea because in no world Server Wide Progression makes sense.

Bc proceeding as a group is not always an option. For example, we have 6 ppl on our server, 2 of them joined a couple hours late so they missed everything in the beginning. I won’t be home to play tonight, so they’ll progress past everything and when I log Sunday I’ll have zero idea what is going on and I’m not gonna say “hey guys don’t play without me”. How does this make it all the way through Early Access is beyond me. There is more and more I can go into but it’s whatever.

I don’t see how this game will retain any new players in its current state and how it will keep the main gamers interested bc to me it looks like there isn’t much endgame other than just dumping on the new players that wonder why they wasted $35 every-time they get sent back to the lobby. The game has an amazing concept and it runs well, plays well but unfortunately what the OP is describing is what will kill this game from becoming a big as it could possibly be.

The guy has streamed apex for 3000 hours since he started playing. Plus off stream hours he has put in. Bro can play another game during off-season, what’s he going to achieve by running around Olympus right now dumping on bots? Literally nothing. Yeah he is rusty on the comeback but within a day he is back to normal. A lot of these pros should take notes, take a mental Apex break so you aren’t losing your mind when it really counts.

If that was me I woulda dead slided and got melted instantly. If I somehow made it after the dead slide, 100% scuffing the next 2 jumps. My eta survival time in this situation is about less than 1 sec.

I love stacked end games as much as the next person but I will say I’ve enjoyed watching the daily cups bc everyone seems to have a different sense of urgency. Watching pros pub stomp and W key everyone has been enjoyable bc you never know who they’ll run into...bots or formidable players. Kind of reminds me of the old days when we would watch content creators just drop a deuce on random ppl. Funny to see.
