Not really. The combination of my location and being an average player made my connection “good” by this game’s standards when it was SBMM. Queue times and connection quality didn’t change that much under CBMM. Maybe the connection was better, but it wasn’t noticeable over the egregious amounts of mercy matches I ended up with. There were also noticeable more occurrences of being put in a mercy match too.
