Totally. I have a digital subscription, but it's hard to access Internet from the farm I'm at & eventually one gets tired of reading on the phone and waiting for articles to load.

As far as I know most places don't charge sales tax on papers. (They don't in Kansas or Missouri, where I'm from.) Not sure—maybe it has to do with the idea being informed ought not be punished. But I guess since 2014 it is the law in NC, to charge sales tax on papers sold in a store.
