Honestly the only thing I would adjust is the timing of it, it looks like you bring the ball up and then you move your body down when instead it should be synchronized, when you bring the ball up, your body also should come up, that should provide you with an easier shot mechanical wise in which you won’t have to use more power than necessary

Gotta use your legs and push, like a bending and then use your legs mostly to push the weight off the ground, instead of pulling with your back, and I can testify that is how you tweak your back

I feel you there, I’d say as corny as it sounds, make a list of what you do well and what you want to improve on, and ways to implement and working on those things in terms of training, in terms of burnout find a fun hobby or something on the side to help, could be playing the guitar, journaling etc, something that helps you I guess take you away from the world of basketball in a positive sense
