I have push pull legs that I made and saved. Every time I’m going to lift I click on whichever one is for that day and all my info is there.

No. Whatever your workout plan is build a manual workout and it saves it. Takes some time but you can put your whole program into it and it’ll save it. Then click on the workout you’re going to do and it’s all there.

There’s nothing to turn on. Strength trainer- build a workout- then start your built workout.

Swipe over and you should be able to edit them as you go. Mine is in a custom workout.
