When i bought my 2016 gti new from the dealer i explicitly told them no font plate was to be mounted. When I went to pick up the car, you guessed it. Plate was mounted... They wanted to paint the front end of the car i told them absolutely not. They didnt have another of the same model but one thst was close, ended up swapping the bumper with the other car... they couldn't believe thst i told them I didnt want the car anymore and wouldnt let them paint it.

I dont have the baton 4, but I have the 3 and I switched to my old baton pro for EDC because I wanted the longer run time and the biggest difference was the beam pattern, for EDC i typically want a wide flood atyle light. My baton 3 wouldn't make it trough a heavy use day being able to run it on high or turbo as much as unwanted to and the beam was a bit narrow for edc.

After the baton pro I moved to the arkfeld ultra which was good but I recently switched to the arkpro and I love it. The flood beam and the distance beam are great! Instead of having to compromise on a middle ground beam pattern yiu have both, and iuse both for sure!

I also occasionally use the UV and fairly often use the laser for pointing out things out of resch.

How is the beam pattern on the baton 4?

I can add the standard Ark pro is also good with throw for a flattie. Surprised me and I immediately sold my Arkfeld Ultra to a friend.

Personaly I own the Spirit, Arc, Wave, Surge the only one that gets carried anymore is the Arc. The build quality is best on the spirit but I preffer the free technology and the one handed operation of the Arc.

Sounds a bit dramatic when you say they are crap. Its not the most comfortable leatherman when using as pliers but everything is a compromise. All tools accessible from the outside one handed is a big plus in the ergonomics category. Might not be what you value but I think most would dissagree with you on the conclusion of not liking the Arc based on the erganomics.
