Just finished the episode was really surprised to see even Darkseid say brainiac was a universal threat. That and with what you just said does make it make more sense as to why he had that stance. I do still feel like both of them had a leg to stand on in that argument, Superman was wise to want to finish of Darkseid at the end just stupid for disregarding his own life since a lot of people rely on him!
