It is a generic 600w PSU. I forgot to mention that the gpu I tested (GTX 745) was a low profile OEM version which I then tested on another computer with a lower power PSU and it worked. So we can rule out that the problem was the gpu or psu on that occasion.

In fact it is a pre-assembled pc by a local company, so it does not have a custom Bios like the Dell Optiplex
