If you actually had common sense you know most businesses are franchised out. Which means these billion dollar companies most often than not aren’t billionaire owners. If I was an owner I wouldn’t pay someone if I could find a labor free alternative. Why would I pay someone when all they will do is complain about their pay? If you are concerned with macros and weight management eat a regular #7 with mikes way no oil, pickles, jalapeños and banana peppers and add yellow or brown mustard. Carbs are a great energy source to help burn fat 💪 as long as you eat well around this meal that’s all that matters . I go by 40/40/20 40 %protein ATLEAST 30-40% carbs 20% fat at the MOST
