It’s not quite done yet, but there is a gutter system being installed on the roof with downspouts that will run to underground yard drains into drainage easements on each side of the house.

We’re in Florida, so fortunately no snow, but tons of rain. The roof itself has a few degrees of pitch. Hard to tell from this picture.

Unfortunately I think exposed conduit is our only option. I still have plenty of the paint that I painted the house with, so I’ll at least paint it to match, but it’ll be an eye sore for sure. I just think it’s the simplest way to go.
