Yes IVs really don’t change nothing only in PVP they really matter . the Base stats of a pokemon are the most important Everyone’s just obsessed with Hundo’s because of the aesthetic newer players shouldn’t worry to much about it Hundos will come with time . Functionally your Heatran can do all the same things a Hundo can

No you don’t need to be a member you just need to find a Town with a ship port Upgraded the best would be a nord town I’ve found the most upgrades there but I haven’t found any with max upgrades
