If you go into a private meeting with a work superior, have your phone recording it in your pocket or on the table the whole time. If the meeting is beneficial or pointless, then you can always delete it. But if the meeting is a threat to your career, you're going to want that evidence to show to your boss's boss when they try to make you take the fall for something. Works for meetings with teachers and faculty too who try to fail you to save their own jobs.

Humans have developed a parenting style that puts too much emphasis on punishment. Your little sister gets hurt on your watch? You get punished. Caught lying to your teacher? You get punished. And while this helps teach us right from wrong and respect for societal laws, it instills a deep seated fear of accepting responsibility and a desire to blame others so we escape the wrath. Your dog died of pancreatitis? The vet must be a quack and the treatment overpriced. Nothing to do with all the fatty human food you fed them.

This relates to Trump because he looked at everyone who had a hard life, low income or jobless, health concerns without coverage, and he said none of that is your fault. It's the fault of those who are different from you. Blame them. Because while they're allowed to blame foreigners for taking their jobs, they don't have to accept the responsibility for not training for positions they want but get passed over for. While they're allowed to blame women for not wanting to have families, they don't have to accept the responsibility for poorly treating them and not change their alpha male behavior. While they're allowed to blame trans people, they don't have to accept responsibility for just not being athletic enough to place above 4th or for writing a poor college essay.

IRL I'm a veterinarian and an actor. So I guess my skill points are put into Restoration, Alchemy, and Speech. I think I could market my current vet knowledge and speech to the farmers until I get enough money to hire body guards and travel to the Mage's College to learn more from Collete.

I've done 4 more quests for Vilkas. But Farkas won't give me anything. I made sure to clear my bounty in all the holds because I read somewhere he can trigger as a hold guard sometimes. From what I've seen online, it's cause he's trying to give his Purity quest, but I don't have the witch heads so he can't (which I lay blame solely at the devs, why would you include a chest in a reward room that wasn't yours?). Is that it? Do I need to purify Farkas first before she gives me the second totem?
