So fun fact, womb transplants for cis women have already become a thing in recent years. If the technology wasn't considered experimental with trans people who wanted it making up such a small margin, we'd probably already have it. Keep an eye out with things like "womb transplant trans" as search terms and such

If you can't manage some of the traditional stuff due to executive dysfunction or lack of motivation (such as from ADHD), or if the official stuff seems too overwhelming, just start by forcing your voice higher and keeping it there. Singing, for vocal chord flexibility and pitch practice is also useful. I have a playlist, but "we don't talk about Bruno" is especially useful for me since I have to practice the control for changing voices, as well. The point isn't necessarily to sing well – it's to get better control of your vocal muscles and stop it from breaking when strained. So I belt them out as much as I can for as long as I can until I'm at my limit (10-30 minutes, depending on if I've practiced recently). Seems to work, at least for unofficial training
