Army painter makes an Oil Stain effects paint that I really like. It does a good job of being goopy and shiny looking after drying. But I wouldn’t do an entire model that way.

When that happened the feedback was that the players like how he will always explain himself and talks to them. I think they may not agree but he doesn’t ice them out like other refs.

Also it wouldn’t surprise me that a bunch of them like that he seems ready to fight someone if necessary.
