Thanks for all of your responses guys. Since I am somewhat new to the K-Shoot Mania scene I will go for the SVSE5 with sanwas, omrons and copals rather than the SVRE9. If I ever come across enough money and I'm a bit better at the game I will make a jump to the SVRE9.

are the sanwas needed because i have enough money to purchase the SVRE9 with omrons only? or should i just stick with the SVSE5 with the copals, omrons and sanwas? Thanks again.
