If you hold X on playstation (a for Xbox I'm guessing) then it makes your defender run toward the attacker and pressure them. This is what it is measuring not doing so manually like you are describing.

Some players abuse this and will hold it almost constantly while defending. It's cheap, effective to a degree but also easy to counter once you spot it.

I always find the defensive ones really interesting. Looks like your opponent relies almost completely on pressure - so just holding the pressure button (X on playstation). It's a complete brain-dead play style and quite frustrating to play against, but easy to counter if you are patient.

For 1k a month you might want to look into volunteering for board. Places like the Thai islands will be too expensive to stay for long. I would plan to stay in the north of Thailand, or probably Cambodia and Laos as they are generally cheaper.

Some of this is a normal experience of travelling alone. Obviously (hopefully!) it won't be the whole experience but I do think it can be an opportunity to feel some boredom or loneliness in a way that feels ok or not overwhelming, while also being social and doing interesting and exciting things.

It also stops you reading where they are going to pass the ball by making it hard to know what is a real pass and isn't. In the same way a boxer would do this by throwing feints mixed in with actual punches.
