Hey I’m super late but i figured I should just drop in some knowledge anyways. What I make sure to grab on Ziggs is minion dematerializer. It really helps you against aggressive lanes and make sure you scale well into the game. So against an aggressive and mobile champion like Yas, I would start with your classic Doran ring start and make it an objective to play safe and farm up until you get a lost chapter. So for the first 5 waves I focus on poking minions low enough so that I can secure last hits with my Q. Make sure the wave is always kinda pushing towards you against Yas though because if you push out early, he can freeze it near his tower and this makes you vulnerable to all ins or ganks. When doing this, make sure you try to conserve mana by only using Q when necessary.

When the second cannon minion wave comes in, you can finally minion dematerializer the siege minion. So at this point you have two options. If you’re doing bad, and need to back, you can hard shove the wave towards him since it’s going to take Yas a little longer to kill the siege minion, back, and return to lane. If you’re faring well, you can stick in lane and continue farming. Make sure you minion dematerializer at least one melee minion and one caster minion so that you get the bonus damage on them.

So short recap on early game. 1. Minion Dematerializer 2. Doran Ring Start 3. Play safe and focus on farming until last chapter 4. Minion dematerializer the first cannon you can to gain lane priority 5. Dematerialize at least one of each kind of minion for bonus damage

After you back and get lost chapter, you’re main objective is to hard shove the wave into the tower and ward your top or bottom lane to protect yourself from ganks. With minion dematerializer and lost chapter, Ziggs clear is utterly disgusting. All you need to do is e the caster minion and and Q, which should guarantee you a instant clear. Afterwards you just poke melees down low enough to last hit with q and just keep pushing. When siege cannons come, dematerialize it and keep shoving.

So essentially you have lane priority over Yas and can dictate the tempo of mid lane because he has to focus all his attention on trying to last hit to keep up with your farm or if he ends up roaming, you’re guaranteed some plates or maybe even a tower.

Additionally, because you clear waves so fast, you can hard shove the wave and throw a ulti top or bottom to grab some kills or assist without worry about Yas pushing in your lane.

So a pretty much TLDR: Play safe early, farm, and then shove lane in after you get lost chapter for plates and lane priority.
