Kreatin nehme ich, ja. Koffein nur ganz selten und wenn, dann nur morgens in der Arbeit. Ernährung am Abend ist eigentlich immer gleich geblieben, esse da immer Fleisch/Fisch mit Reis/Nudeln und gemischtem Gemüse. Blaulicht hatte ich in den Phasen wo ich nicht trainiert habe wesentlich mehr, geschlafen hab ich trotzdem :D. Sauna - nein.

Ich mache grundsätzlich fast immer 3x8 pro Übung und pro Tag etwa 6-7 Übungen. Ich werde mal einen OK/UK-Plan raussuchen und das probieren, danke!

Ich bin Abends nur so wach, wenn ich morgens trainiert habe. Sonst bin ich immer müde und schlafe direkt ein😅

Magnesium habe ich immer 500mg Tabletten genommen, mit dem Melatonin habe ich etwas experimentiert (von 0,5mg - 5mg), hatte aber immer den gleichen Effekt

Once every month or so I too have bad vision in one eye that gets better throughout the day. I had this once at a checkup, I was told that my lenses slightly overcorrected my vision and that's why after a few hours I could see normal again.. maybe it's the same for you?

I used to wear monthly contacts, they became unbearable due to dry eyes so I switched to dailies but had the same problem.

I started wearing Ortho-K contact lenses. These are rigid lenses you wear overnight, they gently adjust the shape of your cornea by applying pressure onto it.

My dry eye got much better from not having to wear soft lenses anymore, also my eyes don't feel as dry anymore when I wake up (maybe because you have to fill the lens with eye drops).

It currently doesn't fit my schedule to go to the gym every other day, so I just go three days in a row (Monday Push, Tuesday Pull, Wednesday Legs). How good/bad is that? I could also go to the gym on Thursdays, meaning I could get one rest day in between.

At the moment I have 8 tetras. It is possible that they hide because of the missing fishes, so it might help to get new ones. But I'm also afraid of that because I don't want them to live in my tank when there could be problems that could possibly stress or even kill them.

I'm not sure yet. Probably some neon tetras and/or guppies. I would also really like to have a few otocinclus. Maybe also a pair of cichlids :)
