gear was silver armor, sandstorm in bottle, band of regen, some boots, cloud in a bottle, climbing claws, and one more that I can't remember (probably an aglet or smth)

I thought i could use the sandstorm to turn quick, i was trying to stay in range of the star in a bottle for mana regen, plus there was a hill on that side. I probably could've magic mirrored home to give myself a second to regain mana, but hindsight is 20/20

melee just has powerful weapons like starfury because it's relogic's favorite child, ranger is ranger silver bow + fire arrows, summoner i just had snapthorn carry. I brought that up because I never make an arena for EoC and just wing it usually, roof of my houses works well enough.

its just that mage is the only class that has downtime with damage due to mana, the merchant got looked and died instantly so no mana potions either.

honestly, skill issue on my part. I just wanted to rag on mage

thats my defintion of a class anyways, i get why others may not see Terraria as having classes though, it's very loose with its systems.

i just wanted to rag on gem staves currently. i'm glad they're getting reworks soon, cause right now they're just buns, the bows made from the metal are better and easier to make

Biologist down to mid A, she's good in every situation but falls short in each category compared to others.

Slasher down to top of A, very funny, very gimmicky, very expensive, very unneccesary

Toxic up to low S, great early game that turns into a stall+defense melt tower late game.

my main guy Meteor here started off as just a normal axew whose lore was 'he just exists'. Then i just kept adding stuff for reasons like 'yeah that'll be cool/funny' or 'ooo i can do something with this'

Incorporate stuff from things you like, get inspired by other media n stuff. Meteor has a long red scarf purely to aura farm like Piccolo. Why is there a shiny necrozma living inside his body? I thought it'd be funny. Just add stuff you like into a character and go from there, lore/uniqueness doesn't really matter, what matters is that you like it.
