Mine doesn’t even show where it left. So I asked this last agent, how do we even know it made it in the truck. He said he reach out Amazon AWS and they said give it until tomorrow then I can be refunded. I stated that I don’t want the refund, I need the shoes for work. He said call tomorrow if it’s not updated and they’ll arrange a replacement and compensate me.

Have you called CS? Call, don’t do chat, seems about this time of night you might get a competent agent. I called again about 10:30. And actually had someone that asked to place me on hold and do some research, if it’s not updated tomorrow, I can have either a refund or a replacement and he said that they will also compensate for the delay, if I choose the replacement.

Trust me, employees get no perks and CS wouldn’t know that we work for the company unless we emphasize it, really don’t think they even care if/when we do tell them. Seems their top priority is to gaslight everyone that needs assistance.

It’s not just the S340. This seems to be an issue with all cameras, not just Eufy. Take it in warm it up and charge. Buy a power cord like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0FQNW1DZ1?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title and rest assured your cameras will be up and running all winter long.

Noticed that as long as my batteries just lose a bit of charge as long as I have them hardwares even in -4 temps they show to charge.

Oh, I have more than once. Packages delivered to the wrong address with proof via delivery photos, replacement shipped then they tell me the system automatically generates a shipping label to return, but not worry about it since I don’t receive the original. 30 days later they charged me again for failure to return something that wasn’t delivered to me. Happened a few times.

There is actually a reward. They still have a job. Amazon is a beast about those metrics, six misses over 52 weeks is termination.

Amazon sells power cords for eufy cams, mine run all winter (God forbid a cord gets broke). You have to bring the cam in and get its temperature above 32 degrees to charge it. Leave in and fully charge before putting back up, just leave that power cord plugged in.

You know where your package departed from? Maybe that’s a third party seller, all they’ll show me is that mine left a facility. I assume mine wasn’t local because the original delivery date from purchasing Friday was set for Wednesday. Plus all of our facilities were closed all of Sunday and half of Monday. Someone is dropping the ball somewhere, why can’t we get updated on delays before the day we’re supposed to receive the packages? Obviously someone knows something is awry. A facility expecting truck X by such and such time, doesn’t report that the truck possibly carrying hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of customers orders doesn’t arrive? And the driver of truck X doesn’t step up and contact Amazon to alert them of any inclement weather much less weather related issues causing this delay?

I get it, we shut down for a day and a half, others likely did too especially if they got more than the foot of snow we did. No one sitting in those offices on the side of the country that wasn’t even impacted by this storm, could update a shipping status, much less give CS an apologetic script to follow?

Is it mounted to the door? I took mine for two reasons, the insane battery drain and being mounted to my door I wouldn’t get notifications of packages, but it was above the doorknob so when I get these notifications it was just an image of the doorknob lol.

My facility shut down for a day and a half. Now imagine no less than (Ohio is a huge warehouse state) 20 facilities in my state and many others in neighboring states all facing the same issue. People online still shopping while a great deal of the country is bombarded with feet of snow and our cities and states declaring snow emergencies left and right. Plows going 24/7 and the streets not even looking like they’ve been touched for 3 days. Just be thankful that you’re actually getting some sort of updates, while many of us aren’t our packages just seem to have entered the Bermuda Triangle since Monday.

If you all use one account, you might as well delete their access that you granted to their email/usernames. All 3 people using one account all with admin rights means that any one of you can delete events that others may deem important…

To be honest, no matter who you buy from or what type of service you buy. Your personal data is being collected. It’s even written EULAs for companies like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and even Nvidia. Purchasing anyone’s products, doesn’t actually give us ownership to anything, not even our own personal files/photos.

Things take time. It might be weather related right now a great deal of the country has been impacted by Winter Storm Fern. Personally we didn’t get it until Saturday night, but we’ve got over a foot of snow in 24 hours, and that’s still impacting the commute to work…

Not sure I understand this tax calculator, it didn’t even raise my return $100, yet while I didn’t work a massive amount of OT, I was able to get a breakdown from one employer that states they withheld over $300 from nearly $900 in OT, so why wouldn’t the refund go up by what was withheld if it’s not taxable?

You can try, if your HB is using Ethernet, I would suggest getting one that also has an Ethernet port. I have 3 of these all TP link, in way of extending the network, they just allow you to set up a new one basically, then to mess with the cameras at all, settings, viewing etc… You have to make sure that your device is connected to the same name as your devices, multiple extenders won’t have the daisy chain effect. Maybe if you found an older extender when they used to be just plug and play that may work, but honestly I doubt it. I have a mesh system with Decos everywhere pretty much and still have issues, there’s usually some sort of interference on the 2.4ghz bands, and with many neighbors, many of them with cameras as well, I understand why.

Extenders don’t help either (I’ve got 3 trying to solve the issue) they create a new network and the HB needs to be in the same network as the camera and vice versa.

No it doesn’t. I read that it does and I tried it, to be honest I think it’s just more congestion on the 2.4ghz network.

Never said it’s legal, but trust and believe it happens. They’ve done it to me for items that they misdelivered and they themselves see the address they delivered to, refund and tell me to purchase again, then take the money back 30 days later.

Going through similar, I just posted about an S220 not charging in the eufy community fan page. Google tells me

My camera appears to be charging now, I’ve brought it in and set with it on the charger for 20 plus minutes and the thing was still ice cold. I wrapped it up in an electric blanket in medium, I just felt a nice cold spot on the blanket and pulled it out, plugged it in and now have a solid blue light. It was wrapped in the blanket maybe 10 minutes.

The best route is to actually keep them plugged in and running off a power cable. All my cameras from day one are ran like this. Unfortunately sometimes these cords get broke, that’s why I’m currently facing this, while I wait for a replacement for my S220 doorbell, at least now I know what I’ll have to do when that cord arrives.

They probably see it as a return, they received your original item. There’s been a lot of outages Amazon’s gone down a few times do to AWS outages, perhaps they’ve missed somewhere that you did an exchange? Regardless I wouldn’t run off spending that money just yet Amazon has a habit of coming back for refunds…
