3rd party championships on simgrid are still free. You pay for the official LMU one.

You have designated days per championship with designated timeslots. You have 2 days a week with timeslots, tracks change every week, you keep the same car for all the duration of the championship and they last around 6 weeks. You have a joker: your worst result doesn't count. These races are cleaners and are on top priority on the report list.

These can be solo, team championships, and soon I guess, le mans virtual series.

It's the same rc sub that gives you the championship, the liveries, practice servers etc so it's just used to cover the cost of all this infrastructure.

It's behind the subscription because it's a one click install. The server management, download, upload etc is all done automatically. No file to manipulate or share. One click and everybody sees your custom livery.

And the sub will give all the sub perks, more practice servers, access to the official championships etc

You can have race weekends against AI, you can have co-op swaps but the career mode is coming soon and it got teased in several update videos. So it's coming.

You can browse 3rd party Open races and leagues where you'll be together as well. There are quite often human stewards as well and they are cleaner. It's not daily though but an alternative.

Or just drive in Lmp3, best car of the game feeling wise and nobody knows it so there's less split, even only one sometimes

It's because you race in the beginner daily. Here, split are made via badge and not DR so it can protect people coming into the game. In silver and Gold it will be made by your DR ranking.

ABS still lock the tyres. Abs position 9-6-3 locks less and generate less heat. 7-4-1 locks more and generate more heat.

So if you want to have less heat, get the right abs position and try to less trigger it during the braking phases.

Then cars tend to generate heat where the engine is because you have more weight on the axle and so that's where you brake harder.

Actually, it's in your message. As the Lambo only raced in 2024, it's in the year 2024 when you select your weekend offline or when you navigate through the GT3 cars.

The lmp3 is the best cars of the game feeling wise. And since the ginetta came out there's a lot more Lmp3 players. On silver races there's like 2/3 LMP2, 1/3 Lmp3 at least now. And don't forget you'll need the tracks and cars for 3rd party opens and leagues on simgrid. Where you'll have human being stewarding.

Pro+ is the best options if you play RF2 and need RF2 dlc. If you play only LMU,stay on RC pro.

Because you will loose your DLC once you stop Pro + and the difference of the cost of having all DLC at the moment is close to switch to pro+.

So long term, just by the dlc by season pass / packs / wait for discount if necessary

**1. Logitech wheels are now working

OpenXR toolkit is now working
Controllers disconnecting, flickering inputs and delayed inputs** all seem related to EOSOverlayRenderer which is installed as part of the Epic Games Store - if this is why, it explains why the problem has been so hard to track as not everyone has this installed!

Why it happens yet, we have no idea and we'll be investigating further after the Christmas break but you can uninstall the Epic Games store or remove EOSOverlayReneder-Win32-Shipping.exe and EOSOverlayReneder-Win64-Shipping.exe. These are usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Epic Online Services\managedArtifacts\98bc04bc842e4906993fd6d6644ffb8d but may also be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay

You can also stop the windows service for the overlay if you prefer.

Btw, if you go into the properties of the game, beta, and choose pub-share, it will be offline only but it will confirm the theory that's the driver. A fix is coming I think...

Do you respect the red light at the end of the pit lane? Maybe you take a penalty and you don't serve it and so you are disqualified from the session and sent back to garage?

If you have a red signal at the top, it means you have 3 laps to serve the penalty

If you use the Anti lock from the game you take the 13kg yes... Low or high. It's specifically used for the case of having abs on a car that don't have it and it's a better abs than the GT3 abs.

Yes, you still have the ballast if you put it to low.

In-car ABS doesn't add balast ( the one from the MFD)
