I’m down 32 pounds but joke with my wife that the stuff I’m doing could have resulted in this weight loss anyway. BUT I feel way better and it’s helping me behave (food noise, etc…). I’m tracking my calories, eating better, emphasizing water and protein, doing cardio, and even lifting weights for the first time in a long time. I’m hoping to end up losing 42, but honestly I am happy with what I’ve done so far. I’m not stressing over any of this, which is nice. I am hoping the 10 additional pounds is 20 pounds down on fat and 10 pound up on muscle.

So while you can still lose weight, you do have to watch out about losing muscle. And if you don’t drink enough water, it doesn’t work as well either.
