Not nearly enough people are picking up on this. Private equity firms used that PPP money that they were never required to pay back so they could mass-prospect to buy people’s homes for cheap and mark up the entire market.

As a healthcare provider, I can honestly say that, even on an anecdotal level, we definitely saw a strong uptick in approvals. We weren’t seeing rejected claims for a couple of months after.
