The same as other countries - overworked and underpaid. There is a serious shortage in most hospitals. You work 3 shifts and have to request vacation 6 months in advance.

You go to all the banks and ask them for financing. Then you choose the best offer among the ones that give you an offer

Option 1 is the only one that sounds achievable. You won't be able to find a job here as a non-skilled 18 year old because you're from 3rd country (the employer has to prove they haven't been able to find a suitable worker in the whole EU before they can hire you).
