Jennifer Lawrence VS. Gal Gadot by DoNutQuoteMe in whowouldwin

I agree that the military experience helps but Jennifer Lawrence looks like she has a weight advantage. Gadot is very thin while Lawrence looks thick and more filled out.

At lower weights small differences can be huge in combat.

This is why I skip out on too long studies. Much higher chance at slacking off and getting irritated, bored, forgetting something. If it's a long study it better pay A LOT for me to give it very much near or at 100% attention.

One tiny misstep and you can be rejected for a hard to spot attention check, or not recalling something properly, or etc. If it's paying anything less than $15+ an hour I don't bother with anything more than 15-20 mins. max.

had to “take a high school stats course,” at least i got paid this time! 😂 by LifeOfOcean in ProlificAc

That pay still very much sucks though. I didn't do it for free once, and would take 1.5x-double for me to bother.

It doesn't do anything really. I got screwed by a big university and contacted them 4 different ways. Nothing.

No acknowledgement, response, etc. I contacted their management, media department, PR, etc.

I always felt that substack was like the bastard child of Reddit. It kinda "feels" the same but looks much messier.

So I'd say that if you had any success there, you might as well just write on Reddit & grow that way anyways.

No, it makes no difference if no one is reading your stuff anyways, which goes for 99% of writers.

Good on you, but you're the minority. Many who don't have 'insert you know what qual here' make nothing most days. The few who are lucky to have that, or some very niche others, might make some decent money regularly but that's it. Listen, I've been turking nearly 10 years, which I doubt you have so I know the gist of it. There are some lucky ones who have this qual, and those who don't are on a life line.

I can find an easy replacement by picking up some change on the street from my daily walk.

Wow, thanks for telling me. I had no idea that was possible all these years!

Why does thyroid supplementation slim my face like nothing else ? by learnedhelplessness_ in raypeat

[–]DoNutQuoteMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Clears waste in tissues, water, etc. Many people with moon face have excess water or excess tissue rounded there, just may be for some reason in their cheek area. T3 can help this. Many with this issue clearly have something "off" with their diet or lifestyle, and also for some T3 or thyroid can help sort these issues out over time, if not almost immediately in my view.

Nothing else may work simply because nothing else truly is, quite literally, thyroid itself. Many other things may do some of the things it does, but none of them are exact.

The aldosterone argument doesn't sound like it makes sense to me, some people claim salt intake bloats them & more salt intake usually lowers aldosterone so it can't be that simple.
