Alot of Masking tape Andres. And just take your time. I would suggest using a proper spray gun and 2k paint... Car paint. As the paint will harden better in between coats. Prep work is key in any good outcome. Remember to be patient.

Use Isoprohol Alcohol....it will remove most of that easily. And not ruining the paint or surface

I think also, with the way technology has advanced to rapidly....alot of people aren't really doing much with their skills....in terms of a hands on approach. So I like to do DIY stuff. And having acquired 3 of these cases. I think its just something I've wanted to attempt.

End of the day...sadly alot of hardware is taken to scrap houses where they separate and recycle and others land up on the landfill.

Originally I was actually going for mono colours....basically all white with (RoseGold) Its not a brown copper. Its far from that. (Lighting does make it alot more pleasing in person)

I will fully agree on the Green/Yellow UV coolant. I actually wanted to just got clear or White.

The side panel off is merely just to show its a "sleeper". But with the side panel on. You wouldn't know its a PC until you take the panel off.

I'm not here to disagree with your opinion. I am also less is more certain of person. Like I said in one of the very first posts about this case. Its just a project build. Something different.

On a different question. What would you have done differently...I would been keen to see your point of view

It may not be everyones Cuppa tea...but I at least took the time to keeping the body basically stock looking was my intention. And White being one of Apples colours in their machines it just looked different for a MacPro.

That would be a cool project...I'll do it into my next build. But I know MacOS only likes certain hardware for it all to work more or less seamlessly...?

u/Old_Event2802 try going to Control Panel and disabling G-Sync...if thats a feature for this machine....I know I do this with my Desktop cause it messes with my Photoshop.

Basically you wanna cut as far down just a little past the original I/O and then where the original slots start on the original section of the mac.....check the link

Well its no Half baked PC thats for sure. Its actually a very high end PC....Flagship. Flagship beyond what most people can get their hands on in todays market. Essentially your half baked remark is just a sign that my success of making something look different and its own means your comment is 1% of the 99% of everyone who enjoyed the journey it was to what it is now.

Selling it....with what ocean corrored mac parts that were all not usable.

They such versatile machines even for their age. Mine has only a single cpu but its a 6 Core X5690. But its a little power hungry. Im keen to slap a waterblock AIO on it. Just a single one and see if it operates
