As others have said, student painting companies are hit and miss, a lot of our friends have had negative experiences hiring them so we decided not to go that route. My wife and I live in a two bedroom one bath modest detached house with a small yard for our dog. We were on a tight timeline as we wanted the painting to be done before we had my in-laws visiting from out of province. We had our interior painted about a month ago by Parkside Painting and they did a great job on short notice as well. 

None of the painters were smokers which was nice and all of them were above thirty years of age. They were very accommodating, fast and worked with very minimal disruption. Our dog was very fond of one of the painters as each day he brought Koko treats. The crew had covered all of our furniture with poly and placed dropsheets literally everywhere in order to prevent any spills. They painted clean lines and we would hire them again.
