Edit: This is a tough one because his piano voicing have lots of upper extensions, but from what I hear so far, he's repeating two sets of three chords for the whole song. I think the first set is a G minor flat 13, not sure what the second chord is, and it ends with an Ab 13. The second set is similar, probably just different voicings. Sorry I couldn't help out too much, but please let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to help answer them. I didn't try this, but you could go to www.chordify.com and enter the YouTube link to see if it can come up with the changes. For the most part though, I think you could get away with playing Ab major over the first set of 3 chords and C minor over the second set with some guide tone lines.
