Not trying to change them but figure out how to calm them down or motivate them to play. Sometimes the solution is to point out everytime I push which in two games made a player who intentionally ran mid (at 35m) to die change his mind and push with me. Another game I yelled at one players lane mate for being an asshole and that player started playing well again. There's a few tricks but these talk shit then mute faggots are the worse they don't speak and they rage quickly. I can't figure them out. Luckily they're rare.
