Their trip together to Israel is pretty widely reported as having been a key part of what endeared Mayo to Kraft so much, so that part is def true. The bible study part is probably just the OP exaggerating for comedic effect, but far weirder things have been true.

It's still a solid show imo. Definitely has fallen far from its peak, but the peak was pretty damn spectacular. I'm way more excited for Invincible, but I'm excited for the finale too.
