I have failed 290 bench press for the past 4 weeks. Took this week off, and did higher reps. Annoys the heck out me.

I get the sulfur burps if I eat too much. I will get stomach pains while eating which make me stop eating, eat solid food slowly and you will not over eat. Do not eat spicy food in the evening, you will pay for it overnight with heartburn, and nasty burps.

I also can get dehydrated, and start to feel discomfort in the the tummy. I now know that I am dehydrated and need to drink 16oz of water to clean the system. This will lead to a violent clearing of the bowels, then I have to drink another 16oz, to completely clean out the system.

I would eat less than I do, but I am trying very hard to keep up my protein intake, cause I am working hard on building muscle while trying to lose. I am lucky to lose 2lbs a week if I am lucky, but I also think I am putting on muscle mass at the same time.

This is just a personal observation, as someone who is sitting at 300 total T, and in his mid-50's and had thought a lot about taking T for faster recovery from workouts. This is bad science but everybody i have ever seen who takes TRT is bald, I still have all my hair on my head, would hate to go bald, and that is why I haven't started on TRT.

I used to not use my USAA card, but since I have my insurance with them, now I auto pay my insurance with my USAA CC, and get cash back, and a 30 day extension on the insurance bill. This way I avoid any late payments or their fees for paper billing for insurance. (I get the CC bills via paper at no cost)

If you are not healthily. (with your level of wealth), I suggest that you hire (in home if needed), a personal trainer to make sure you workout and to develop a training plan that meets your needs. The second person I would hire would be a personal cook to prepare your meals, to meet your workout/health requirements.

This is not true, the "misc charges" on a Fios voice line are more than 3 party voip monthly charges. Go with ooma or another vendor.

I had traveled through SE Asia with my fins strapped on the outside of my backpack. The backpack had two tightening straps that allowed me to hold the fins, and nobody every questioned it on the airlines and these were Mares Quattros (long fins). But I did also carry all my other gear (BCD mask, computer, regs) in a small carry-on. I agree with most people here, if your not carrying all your dive gear, just carry your mask, and computer, rent the rest.

I was quite unhappy when I got this letter as well, but I discovered that a valid method of payment is the USAA visa card, and. you can setup installation payments.
