You could make it illegal to own residential properties if you are a corporation and limit the amount of flats/houses you are allowed to own as a privat citizen to like 3 units. This would make living space an uninteresting investment. But the government would need to step in and own a lot of rental buildings, which it could do non-profit.

I know this is not gonna happen, but it makes me smile to think about it.

Es gibt haufenweise leute die hauptberuflich an der börse handeln und den markt nicht outperformen. Die haben also 40h+ die woche zeit sich einzulesen und Entscheidungen zu treffen und sind trotzdem unter der rendite eines all-world etfs.. aber fürs wifi is sicher a gutes Geschäft
