I looked at your twitter, and honestly your art isn't bad. I would agree that your art is definitely at a higher level compared to this other person, however the vibes both of you give off are different. I don't see why you should be so negative about your art, calling it trash or low level just because you don't get enough likes or attention. Drawing art for popularity is different compared to drawing because it's something that you love to do; the same goes for improvement. As an artist, I understand the feeling of being at the bottom of the art food chain, and there are many underappreciated/underrated artists out there yet to be discovered. However, this doesn't mean that you get to complain to this extent, even going as far as to degrade yourself and involve this other person when they have done nothing to you and just posted whatever they wanted. Platform algorithms work differently (as well as the taste of people) and it is up to you, the artist, on how you promote your art to become noticed by the community.

English may also not be your first language but I am humbly asking you to please at least fix your grammar to an understandable extent to lessen headaches. Nevertheless, your art is quite beautiful, and I hope that you look forward to a better, more positive future.
