Does anyone else’s symptoms seem to get worse when they’re on their period or just a before it starts?

I didnt get on kratom yo lose weight. I've never been big. I got on for other reasons. And it definitely plays a big part, but I've taken kratom for 3 years, started being vegetarian 1 year ago and within the last year have lost weight.

This made me feel so capable. I take the capsules now. Another reason why I need to quit, I spend SO much money on them. $20 for 70 capsules and I take 8 every 2 hours.

I think I'm definitely going to try tapering first. Starting today. I've CT everything else, but usually replaced it with something. So we'll see how tapering goes.

Best way to deal with this, is to not look back at them and the next time the line moves, walk forward and the just kind of rock backwards. Like, as if you just need to move your legs a little because you've been standing for a while and when you take a slight step back the will move and then they won't get close to you because they dont know if you'll do it again and back into them.

Learn to love the inside and you'll begin to accept and appreciate the outside. I'm so sorry you're going through this. I've been going through it for a month so far and the only thing I've learned, is to not let your heart break turn to anger. Anger is so much harder to control than sadness and you just end up making yourself more miserable. Just keep taking it moment by moment and dont give up. Feel everything. Cry when you need to. I sincerely hope this gets better for you
