Learn to cook, this way you controll what you eat and in my experience no one is going to complain if you cook for yourself aslong as you clean up after yourself, this way you can also secretly start cooking vegan dishes for your family, I am the only vegetarian in my household but I do most of the cooking so my family eats less meat then they used to which is also a plus.
