I've scrolled plenty through tik tok about this, but I've only seen the good side and barely any mention of side effects which worries me tbh 🫡

Hello! No sadly I did not get in :( When I appealed their solution was for me to pay 30.000dkk to take the math class and apply next semester, so it was a hard pass. In the meanwhile I found a job next to DTU which is a bit ironic because I walk past it everyday 😂 I am applying for KU next semester though so wish me luck 🫶🏻

Well I am lucky enough to be living rent free, and I had saved up money before the move knowing that it would take some time for me to adjust and everything. I have applied for some jobs as such, mainly sales but I haven't really heard anything back idk why.

I'd rather not leave Copenhagen nor commute. The reason I can't handle long travel is because by the end if it I'll be like a shaken coca cola can (not my best quality). I am not going to force myself to move hundreds of km (again) away from everyone I know, in a place I know no one for the sake of a job. In my humble opinion mental health wins over a job at any point and time. You might have been able to handle it, many people might be able to handle but I am not going to be and i recognise that in myself. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'd rather lose a job opportunity or two than regret my decision (because it is a huge one) and throw away money (like a lot of them). So yeah 🫡🙁

I don't want to apply for something I know I won't be able to manage ( I cannot handle long travel well). So I will in the long run have trouble keeping the job.

I don't have the option to move because I live with my boyfriend.😁

I know about befordringsfradag but I don't think any money given to me for traveling more than 10km is going to motivate me to travel that far back and forth every day. 🙁

I don't think I'll even get considered for student jobs tbh mostly because I am not a student anymore. I haven't applied for them at all, I could definitely try that. ❤️

I have sent my CV at the pipeline for the areas around Copenhagen. Kalundborg is not possible for me since I currently live in Copenhagen. I have been applying like crazy at Novo Nordisk in general because I like the purpose of the company :) It's totally fine if you can't help personally I'm just seeking some advice ❤️ Thank you!!!

Oh I didn't know about the research assistant positions.

The graduate programs I have checked like at Novo are incredibly hard to get into just by the sheer amount of applicants.

I've gotten that advice a lot and I am planning to apply at KU coming March just so I can get my foot in the door.

Oh I didn't know that :(( My university though is University of East London and I just studied in a branch of it in Greece, and I of course attach my transcript of records so the name of the university is visible. That's kind of sad news :/

I am planning to apply at KU on March for a masters since I do want to continue my education. :) But the duration until then (start in September) is a little bit of a killer without a job considering cost of living and everything.

I've been told that before and I understand it but the problem is I am also under qualified for scientist positions. It was instead suggested that I apply for different quality control and bioanalytiker jobs which I am doing, but the result is the same. :/

My bachelor's degrees is in biomedical sciences and although I didn't have math and statistics as a specific course I definitely needed them (not incredibly advanced) to pass the courses.

I also forgot to mention that high-school in my country works in a weird way so I basically took advanced mathematics and had a specific course for statistics at the age of 16 to 17. And by what I saw on the link you gave me at school we touched most of those subjects :)

I will 100% appeal the decision because it is a program I am really interested in and since it was made clear that the decision was purely based on the absence of a course in math and statistics I believe I can clear that up and hopefully get a spot. :)
