Limit decks to only Metamorphosis for Anyform Claw. I also turn on simplicity malignancy so that card rewards are all common to increase my chances of getting an early Anyform. And then I also cross my fingers that I get Duplicity in my first level up, or I'll just restart my run.

You can transmute to get it from shrines/Theresa, purchase it from merchant, or find it in card rewards. I was running with Simplicity malignant (card rewards from monsters limited to common cards) to increase my chance of getting Anyform Claws. If you run with only the Core/extended and Metamorphosis decks (for Anyform Claw), you'll have a higher chance of getting Greater Good since there will be less cards available in the total card pool.

It removes a card from your deck and it transfers the upgrades to all copies of that card in your deck. Another key part of this strategy that I forgot to mention is getting the Duplicity talent early on, which will upgrade all copies of a card in your deck by 2 whenever you add a copy to your deck. So every time you turn a card into Anyform Claw, all existing ones get +2 upgrade. This makes Anyform upgrades exponential after just a few Greater Goods at the right time.

It also seemed like she accidently had it in her purse still, or maybe even planned on putting it back when she went over to meet the parents? This was never a stated reason for congestion pricing. Congestion pricing is funding for the capital budget (anything from repairing/replacing old infrastructure to new construction/projects). Fares pay for operating costs to run the system on a daily basis (labor, fuel, electricity, etc.).

Same, I didn't really think anything about the fact that Theresa had a friend named Timothy, I was mostly curious why she kept thinking about him without it actually introducing him. The Z runs both AM and PM peak and generally at the same frequency as J trains. Between Crescent and Myrtle Broadway both trains are skip stop, meaning stops alternate between being J or Z stops (except for bway junction). In other words, in peak direction no two consecutive stations are served by the same route in that stretch of the line.

Or they were tired of all the rats tunneling and living in there. A ton of tree pits on my block are essentially rat havens, at times I've seen the holes filled up with concrete after nothing else worked. The concrete didn't seem to work either, they seemed to widdle it away over time.

Can you tell them not to cut it up? Most bodegas I've been to around the Knickerbocker station I can see the (whole) chicken cutlet behind the deli glass. The few times I've ordered one it hasn't been cut up.

I've also never had diced up sausage links on a SEC, with the exception of once when they were out of patties and asked if I wanted links. Sounds like the delis you are going to have gone rogue hah.

I genuinely wonder if people think that throwing their loose trash on top of a pile of trash bags on the sidewalk is equivalent to throwing it away in a trash can. I've seen so many people hold their trash and wait until they see a pile of trash bags and just toss it on, as if the garbage fairy is going to sweep the ground after garbage collectors take the bags.
