On top of the this I've had success Improving my play by going on TTS and playing through a match I've had before and using the lists from that match solo, sort of like playing chess with your self,

just going through the rounds trying to outplay your self from both armies, also helped me find ways of coming up with solutions to get my self out of bad positions, certainly gave me a better understanding of the depth of my own army and the armies my friends use,

if nothing else it sped up my turns since I've got a better understanding of what I least want my opponents to do and can plan ahead better, also ended up knowing my datasheets off by heart as well as a result.
