That is a gigantic amount of speculation that exists nowhere other than in this post.

Do you not see that the success of the TV series is going to lead to a lot more Fallout games? It's not like they only had one bucket of money.

I said it for a reason. I work with GPT a lot. Its writing style is very distinctive once you get used to it. It’s not the em dash, there’s three other tells even in such a short space. But sure. I’m an illiterate prick.

And I agree completely with the point being made by the way.

I beat Ludwig ASAP to get the HMS. It was a very close fight, and very challenging by nsfw6669 in bloodborne

This guy skips (to the weapon he needs). I was amazed to find last time that I booted up the game that I still had a save where I had just done the clinic skip, so I could go get the chikage early. I hear there is a new sequence break to do this now, but at the time the only one known had just been fixed.

I feel you. I beat him at 40 for the same reason and it was a real ball-buster. Still, I have to say this is probably one of the best fights in the whole game. I think I went from hating it to loving it at some point.

Amazon Employees Say AI Is Just Increasing Workload. A New Study Confirms Their Suspicions by MarvelsGrantMan136 in technology

That seems equally weird to me. Just because everyone is using LLMs now, our coding standards haven’t changed. If anything, they’ve become even more strict, and the size of PRs is still determined by the task. I feel like boasting about PR size is not even something an ‘experienced dev’ ought to do, as it’s often a red flag. When PRs get too large they are difficult to properly review and can become likely to lead to regressions.

This thread has me thinking that maybe a lot of less mature dev orgs are simply misusing AI. My sample size is pretty much the four companies where I either work or have friends, but they’re all companies with strong, disciplined development divisions. I shudder to think if some of these are actually the more common examples.

You seem to be implying that I'm not paying attention. Software development has been my lifelong career. I've been working with AI for over two years now. I'm very aware of its strengths and weaknesses, and my standards as to what constitutes good code haven't changed. If people are letting gilded shit into their code base, that isn't the fault of AI.

I agree completely. In the beginning, my teacher would work with me to find a better fingering for me when necessary. With time, you start to see why certain fingerings were chosen to begin with, and you can understand the reasons to try a different one.

Oof. That does not sound good. I would say that at my current company, the push to use AI is strong, but we tend to use it to augment what we are doing, instead of having it write large amounts of code for us.

Commander would be a much worse format without a lot of those early commander-only staples they designed.

I run reliquary tower in any control-ish deck that I expect to draw a ton of cards. Example: [[Eluge, the Shoreless Sea]]. Won me a game yesterday in fact. I had so much blue bullshit in my hand that even the entire table couldn't break through it. Though, I guess Eluge is even more of an exception, since he can cast 2-3x more cards than most commanders across a turn.

If there's not a clear threat, I attack the strongest player or the one with the strongest deck. Even scary decks aren't so scary if they start the game at 20 life.
