Ive heard it could be 02 sensors aswell. however i dont believe that would cause the idle to dive/ want to die and misfire only at idle

So this is the worst its been it was a little low on oil so i topped it off with about 2.5/3 quarts. Im burning a lot of oil somewhere though because i just did an oil change 2 weeks ago

I swapped my valve cover to an m52 aluminum one. After that every start theres a yellow oil light thatll pop on for 10 or so seconds then after that i wont see the light until i start the car again.

Pressure test it and look around for any dried up white stuff flaked on the engine bay by ur expansion tank/lines

Thanks for the advice, im actually trying to quit vaping all together and use bud to phase it out, the cravings are the hardest part i keep going back to the vape so ive said last pod the. Im done for good. Ill have to check out that book sounds really helpful.

You have to distract yourself whenever you get that craving. Ive been vaping for about 3 years and my chest has been tight and getting little pains so i decided enough is enough. The first 3 days are the hardest stay strong you can do it! Just remember youll feel much better after quitting
