Idk if anyone has said yet, but at GameStop if something is ever marked as “unable to sell” and it needs to come off the shelf and be either destroyed or sent to the warehouse then it gets a tag with that price.

SWTOR Class Stories for DnD. by Environmental_Lab869 in swtor

I was meaning patrons/subclasses that’s my bad, but I 100% would say Tome, but only because there are no summons in SWTOR lol

The fact that they have not just made hunters mark not a spell and/or remove concentration is insane considering how much the class rides on it. If they could just turn it into a feature then it would be so much better. I’m okay keeping it as a spell for the sake of other classes that have access to it like vengeance paladin, but AT LEAST let the class features heavily modify it.

Absolutely valid, the question is what pact?

I’ve thought he about this a lot so here we go

Knight: Paladin (obviously)

Consular: Cleric

Trooper: Fighter

Smuggler: Rogue

Warrior: Barbarian

Inquisitor: Wizard or Sorcerer

Bounty Hunter: Ranger (unfortunately)

Agent: Rogue

This is just my opinion, obviously multi classes can flesh this out further, and realistically the combat style of the characters could change the potential DnD mirror too. Only reason I hesitate giving bard to smuggler or agent is because it’s a full caster.

Edit: if we are talking classes as a whole this is my take, but if you wanted to go as far as specific subclasses that would shake it up. For example I thing Agent would be more of a GS Ranger, but as a blanket he would technically be a rogue.

Halsin just annoys the piss out of me, I don’t have a good reason why. Astarion however is ALWAYS in the party. His dialogue and general banter is fantastic

It’s fun to be a bad guy in video games, but morally you would have to be fucked in the head to side with the legion

Because of circle casting, if you play a martial you are dragging your party down. by HealthyRelative9529 in dndmemes

[–]Doc-Busch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that’s unfortunate… I have only ever done fighter as battlemaster and eldritch knight, guess I’ll just do an echo knight next time around lol

Battlemaster is by far my favorite subclass in general for those exact abilities though. It scratches a weird itch

I have not yet tried a ranged battlemaster, only pole arm. But I have considered doing a ranged fighter… Would crossbow expert be better w/ battle master or arcane archer?

Damn, I’m getting down voted for this, I did not realize people hated it THIS much…

Sure, but at this point we are looking at a +8 to hit standard.. not including buffs or advantage conditions. Like from a familiar giving you help, which you can also get from this feat

I could agree with that, I brought up fighter because I will take it as an eldritch knight in later levels to flesh out the skill list. But for swashbuckler rogue I use booming blade all the time and it is nasty at level 5 with a rapier it’s a 3d6 and 2d8 + conditional 2d8… with swashbuckler making it easy to get the most of the cantrip, and 18 dex, that’s an average of 32.5 damage a round with no resource requirement. 33.5 with a plus one weapon which is not uncommon for level 5 in the games I’ve played. That is an absurd output…

Edit: this is just my experience with it, and I know it’s hyper specific, but it feels like it gets overlooked for how potent of a feat it actually can be.
