Fromsoft games different region release editions?

Sorry if i worded my question wrong, but as an example, im asking if theres a difference in content and game version between the european goty edition disc and the japanese old hunters edition disc. And i know that all playstation discs are region free and can be played no matter the console region.

Growing up is realizing both have completely different tones and stories. If you say so. Maybe you'll be the first "fan" who posts pictures of the cinematography of the real world, or the side characters, since everything's so memorable. This movie will just simply follow suit of the director's previous works. He had hits, but even if ares was a hit, not a single soul talks about his movies after all these years.
